Division I 1. Davison 2. Bedford 3. Grandville 4. Hartland 5. Novi
Division II 1. Lowell 2. Mason 3. Lapeer West 4. Lake Odessa Lakewood 5. Middleville Thornapple Kellogg
Division III 1. Montrose 2. Richmond 3. Dundee 4. Caro
Division IV 1. New Lothrop 2. Whittemore-Prescott 3. Bronson 4. Carson City Crystal 5. Addison

What is your criteria here? How many trips to the finals? How many times won it? How many state placers on a team? Strength of schedules? This would be hard to decide, lots of things to consider unless you only consider how many times they've gone to Battle Creek.
Hmmm...kind of surprised to see Bronson on the list at D4. Don't get me wrong, strong program but "Teams of the Decade" I don't necessarily agree.

D4 was actually tricky for a few reasons. it seems to be new teams in the hunt each and every year. D1 was also difficult to figure out due to the absolute domination of Davison; since this is best teams since 2000, all that really matters is what happens at Battle Creek. what would anything else matter to an elite program. i highly doubt teams like Davison or Montrose or Lowell would get excited over winning a league title. so to clarify, this is a Battle Creek thing. maybe these stats will help:
Division I 1. Davison-5 state titles, 1 runner-up, enough said 2. Bedford-1 state title, 1 runner-up, 2 semi-finals, 1 quarter-final 3. Grandville-1 runner-up, 2 semi-finals 4. Hartland-2 runner-ups, 2 quarter-finals 5. Novi-1 runner-up, 1 semi-final
Division II 1. Lowell-2 state titles, 1 runner-up, 1 SF 2. Mason-2 state titles, 1 runner-up, 1 SF, 1 QF 3. Lapeer West-2 state titles, 1 runner-up 4. Lake Odessa Lakewood-3 SF 5. Middleville Thornapple Kellogg-2 runner-ups
Division III 1. Montrose-2 state titles, 1 runner-up, 2 SF 2. Richmond-2 state titles, 1 runner-up, 1 SF 3. Dundee-1 state title, 3 SF, 1 QF (note: 1 state title and 1 SF were in D4) 4. Caro-1 state title, 1 runner-up, 1 QF
Division IV 1. New Lothrop-2 state titles, 2 SF, 1 QF 2. Whittemore-Prescott-2 state titles, 1 SF, 3 QF 3. Bronson-2 runner-ups, 2 SF 4. Carson City Crystal-2 runner-ups, 2 QF 5. Addison-1 state title, 1 SF
