Attack System Training Camp: June 25-29, 2006
* Ideal for the entire team as well as individuals
* For Athletes Going into grades 6-12 in the fall
Intensive Training Camp:
* Intensive training for the advanced wrestler
* For advanced high school and junior high athletes
* Must apply and be accepted
Youth Training Camps: July 5-7, 2006, and July 19-21, 2006
* Attack System Training for the Youth wrestler (grades 2-5 in the fall)
Attack System Philosophy:
Every time your opponent makes contact with you, he gives you a scoring opportunity.
Three fundamental elements to the Attack System:
1. Position yourself so you can’t be attacked
2. Shut down the opponent’s offense from every position
3. Break your opponent so you can score
Learn the techniques and system of wrestling that work on the best athletes
About Randy Simpson:
Collegiate All-American (3rd in Nationals)
Grand Nationals Freestyle Champion & MVP
2nd in Iowa Olympic Regionals
College coach for 15 years, head coach for 8 years
Has trained athletes for close to 20 years, garnering All-Americans in all 4 major college divisions
Personally trained 3 of Central Ohio’s 4 state champs in 2005, 2 extensively
Runs the highly successful Attack Club in Central Ohio
Runs Club Simpson (Freestyle/Greco club)
